The Program
An Immersive Microdosing and Meditation Experience
Mycro·Flow activates a flow state through a combination of
substance + set + setting
Through this experience, you may experience the following side effects:
Improved happiness and positive outlook on life. Appreciation for all that surrounds, with deep feelings of peace, calm, and interconnectedness to both an internal experience and the external world.
Enhanced focus and concentration with a more conscious awareness of yourself in relationship to space, and your work. Mindfulness and attentiveness begin to flow naturally and encourage authenticity in how you relate to the world around you.
Creativity that spans from individual to collective inspirations. Experiences of curiosity and openness to new solutions and possibilities, and expansive thinking.
Improvements in self-efficacy through increased ambition and productivity, coupled with greater self-confidence. In addition, many people adopt new self-care habits for the betterment of overall physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
Key Concepts and Terms that make up Mycroflow:
Myco: relating to fungi
Ayurveda: Ayurveda means “The Science of Life.” Originating in India 5000 years ago, it is based on the idea that disease is caused by an imbalance or stress in a person’s consciousness.
Anapana: Anapana meditation means observation of natural, normal respiration, as it comes in and as it goes out. Ana = incoming | Pana = outgoing
Flow: Flow is a state of mind in which a person becomes fully immersed in an activity. The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one. Your whole being is involved, and you're using your skills to the utmost.
Micro-dosing: A micro-dose is generally considered to be one-20th to one-tenth of a recreational dose.

Substance
A proprietary blend of home grown psychoactive mushrooms and 4 dried Ayurvedic herbs sourced from Mountain Rose Herbs
12 TeaBags: 10 micro (0.15g) and 2 mini doses (0.5g)
Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha root is considered a drug of “Rasayana,” a practice of Ayurvedic medicine that refers to the science of lengthening a person’s lifespan. Many of its health benefits are attributed to high concentrations of withanolides, which have been shown to fight inflammation and tumor growth.
Tulsi
Also known as Holy Basil, Ayurvedic texts describe this herb as a pillar of holistic herbal medicine. Said to be a goddess incarnated in plant form, it is the mother medicine of nature. Tulsi is an adaptogen and can help the body manage stress symptoms while providing a natural boost of energy.
Brahmi
Bacopa monnieri, also called Brahmi, and herb of grace, is a staple plant in has been used by Ayurvedic medical practitioners for centuries for various purposes, including improving memory, reducing anxiety, and treating epilepsy.
Ginger
Ginger has been purported to exert a variety of powerful therapeutic and preventive effects and has been used for thousands of years to treat various ailments. Recent studies have shown evidence for the effectiveness of ginger as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory agent, anti-nausea compound, and anticancer agent.
Set
A powerful anchor that the substance reacts to, and creates the container for your experience. Mycroflow curates the (mind)set using Intention Setting and Anapana Meditation (a.k.a mindfulness meditation)
Setting your Intent
Establishing intentions prior to embarking on this journey cultivates the right “set” by priming your mind with your objectives: what you hope to gain or learn from the experience. Your intent will determine the “direction of your flow”. The program’s “Flow Guide” contains guidelines on setting your daily and monthly intentions.
Anapana Meditation
My Breath and I. Anapana means observation of natural, normal respiration, as it comes in and as it goes out. This technique will teach you to touch base with your inner-self before you “get in the flow”. Mycroflow includes a 10 minute guided audio meditation tape that will help you build this practice.

Setting
The physical environment and dosing; the material context from which you journey.
This third pillar of the program is crucial in ensuring that your surroundings support your Set and the Substance. MycroFlow guide provides detailed guidelines in curating an optimal setting for your experience.

** You can, and are expected to MycroFlow during normal work days. These doses will NOT MAKE YOU TRIP, or induce any kind of visuals. All you will feel is a state of elevation and flow in your day to day lives. Think of this as a coffee replacement, except much better and cleaner. **
Microdosing is most effective when taken for one day, followed by a two-day break. The Flow Guide (provided after signing up) will contain a recommended start date, but feel free to start based on your availability. Below are some recommendations to maximize the effects of this program:
Set an intent at the beginning of the program. Detailed guidelines on this are included in the FlowGuide.
Some examples: reducing anxiety/recurring thoughts, cutting down an addiction: (coffee, screen time, smoking to name a few), starting/finishing up a personal project that keeps getting pushed, improving a relationship, commune with nature, incorporating mindfulness into your day to day. The list is endless.
Begin every morning with a 10 minute Anapana meditation session using the guided meditation tape. Add another 10 minutes in the evening as you progress.
Take your dose on an empty stomach before 10 am. It’s best to start on the weekend, so you can evaluate how you feel, rather than finding out that a micro might leave you feeling a little too emotionally open for a Monday morning meeting!
And while it might be difficult at first, please avoid drinking coffee, smoking marijuana, or drinking while dosing. These substances disrupt the natural flow of the doses and affect your overall experience. (Cutting down substances can be an intention for this program!)
